Alight LLC announced the immediate availability of Alight Enterprise 6.1 featuring the Alight Report Writer interface that lets plan administrators precisely format report books for printing and distribution in Excel workbooks and PDF format. Even though Alight received the highest overall customer satisfaction rating in the latest BPM Partners 2010 survey, the Alight team is listening to customers and prospects to improve the product and offering.
